First Vehicle Services is seeking an experienced Office Clerk to provide administrative support to our vehicle maintenance shop facility serving The City of Fort Lauderdale.

Office Clerk Major
Responsibilities:


  • Provides clerical and administrative support to management and shop staff, ensuring all contractual and legal mandates are met.

  • Maintains contract files and records. Prepares contract correspondence, manager reports,
    and schedules.
  • Answers the phone and directs calls for the department or location.
  • Schedules appointments and meetings for management. Prepares agendas. Prepares and
    sends faxes, e-mails, and mail as required.
  • Administers accounting data, payroll, and personnel records.
  • Inputs and extracts data from fleet management information system to provide data to management and the Client.
