Based in Fort Lauderdale and reporting to the Chief People Officer, this Human Resources Director will serve as the HR Business Partner for Vista Tech, driving all ongoing HR processes to build organizational capability and meet business goals.
Led from Fort Lauderdale, FL but with teams based worldwide, Vista Tech encompasses Product, Engineering and IT.

Your
Responsibilities:
Partnering with Vista Tech's leadership team to develop and execute against the company's talent strategy.
Implementing and executing initiatives that drive employee engagement, reinforce company culture, and develop high potential diverse talent.
Coaching business leaders on managing performance within their organization and building a performance and feedback culture with respective teams.
Partnering with department managers to understand the talent needs of the organization; assess current and future talent needs based on company's growth strategy.
Working with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure positions are filled with candidates who best meet the profile and job specifications.
Monitoring, managing, and administering human resource procedures and plans for assigned functions.
Developing progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives, and rewards for effective performance and to provide programs which utilize an employee and company partnership for the short and long-range health and welfare protection of the employees.
Establishing credibility throughout the organization with management and the employees in order to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree required and Master's degree strongly preferred.
8
years HR Leadership experience in a multi-site business model.
Experience supporting global technology and/or digital organizations.
Experience managing organizational transformations.
Ability to think outside the box for solutions to solve operating issues.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
