We are looking for a smart, energetic Operations Manager to manage the planning and operational execution across the organization of various RCM cycle initiatives, attending closely to detail while staying attuned to the accomplishment of CentralReach's strategic goals.
The focus will be to design, plan, manage, implement and track the highest priority strategic business initiatives with significant financial, process, information systems and organizational impacts that span across multiple business clients RCM needs.
The ideal candidate will be a natural collaborator and problem solver who possesses a high intellectual curiosity and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This role will report to the Director of Operations and be closely aligned with our department's services to ensure quality outcomes in clean claims, accounts receivable solutions, payment posting and escalation needs.
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for process improvement, implementation of procedures and mentoring a team to growth within the organization.

This position is hybrid with three days per week on-site at our Fort Lauderdale, FL office.
Key Accountabilities:
Manage the implementation of major systems and application to all Accounts receivable and collections procedures from a functional and product leadership level to initiate transition strategies, including:
workflow product management and release, regulatory audit compliance, creating project timeline, monitoring and reporting on project progress and ensuring successful and timely delivery of services Provide departmental and Client Organizational training on product best practice, system utilization and workflow management Partner across the operational business departments, driving priorities and implementation for continuous revenue generating transformation efforts Manage and mentor a team of four AR Managers Desired Skills and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5
years of relevant RCM management, experience including Business Operations, Department Management and expertise with Behavioral Health services 3-5 years of people management experience CentralReach experience preferred Well-organized with multi-tasking skills Confident communicator and presenter Proven experience in insurance industry management Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach Proven track record of strategic planning, goal setting, and successful execution CentralReach was developed for Clinicians by Clinicians.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
