National Beverage Corp is seeking a Helpdesk Specialist to focus on user and system support for the corporate office in Plantation Florida and remote support for subsidiary sites throughout the USA.
Other responsibilities include:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical and how-to assistance over the phone or email Support Windows and MAC desktop and laptop computers Image Desktop/Laptop computers for new deployment and repairs with deployment tools Setup/Troubleshoot user profiles remotely including drives and print server mappings Understanding of IT privacy and security issues including common practices for protecting systems and data Troubleshoot connectivity general connectivity issues with LAN/WAN/WLAN Document and monitor problems to ensure resolution using tracking Software Experience working in a demanding support environment Experience working hand in hand with other groups / teams Basic network administration ability with Microsoft Active Directory Ability to explain and document computer systems in terms equivalent to user's experience level Provide support with virus removal, Spyware, and Adware removal Flexible hours, night and weekend Qualified applicants will possess strong diagnostic skills and excellent communication skills, as well as practical experience with each the following:
Microsoft Centric environment - Expert knowledge of Windows 7/10, Office Suite, Skype, SharePoint Proficient with computer hardware Virtual desktop applications Internet web application with Signal Sign-On Networking with LAN, WLAN and VPN Basic knowledge of routers, switches, and Access Points General knowledge of mobile device management for Android and Apple iOS Remote access tools for access and server management Basic knowledge in Windows 2008 Active Directory users/group access Microsoft SQL and other database technologies a Plus.
