This position involves all aspects of a Personal Injury case in litigation.
A minimum of 3 years of recent Personal Injury litigation experience (either plaintiff or defense) is required for this position.
Responsibilities of the position include:
1.
E-filing pleadings, motions and notices.
2.
Scheduling with the court.
3.
Assisting with preparing answers to Discovery, obtaining records for RFPs, and other document preparation.
4.
Communications and scheduling with opposing counsel.
5.
Assisting attorneys with trial preparation.
6.
Other tasks as assigned by supervising attorney.
This is a full-time position for a career minded professional.
The candidate for this position must be motivated, reliable and punctual and seeking a stable career with a growing law firm.
