Responsibilities include:
1.
Analyzing a Personal Injury claim and developing a litigation strategy.
2.
Reviewing, evaluating, preparing and filing complaints, motions, Discovery.
3.
Propounding and defending witness depositions.
4.
Communications with clients and opposing counsel.
5.
Attending mediations, settlement conferences and arbitrations.
6.
Negotiating settlements.
7.
Preparing for and attending Jury trials, as necessary.
Must have experience litigating Plaintiffs Personal Injury cases.
