Please list specific duties, projects, and assignments to be performed Performs network activities including but not limited to Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Exchange Server, DNS, DHCP, Management Tools.
Configures and maintains the virtual machine (VM) environment; creates virtual servers; monitors performance; and maintains the virtual environment and related physical hosts and storage hardware.
Gathers information; documents current procedures; analyzes and evaluates operational procedures and production systems and prepares system flow charts for desirable current and proposed operations.
Conducts independent research and prepares reports of findings.
Maintains records; prepares reports; and provides documentation.
Coordinates repair with equipment vendors; communicates with vendors for software support.
Performs related work as required.
Experience/Education/Training Required:
Five years of administrative work experience in application support in current systems software, network protocols, and standards; or Experience in Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365 Administration, VMware/VEEAM Backups, and scripting preferred.
Certifications desired:
Microsoft certification (s); CompTIA Certifications preferred:
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, Microsoft Enterprise Administrator/365 Required Computer Programs or Certifications:
(Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
