Summary:
We are looking for a Help Desk Specialist that is able to be able to be autonomous in a small office environment and be able to run the office by themselves.
Will be required to lift things like boxes and other equipment.
MUST LIVE IN OR NEAR FORT LAUDERDALE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing first level support to clients regarding basic application, hardware and service/network requests Resolve issues for clients via phone or electronically Input support requests into ticketing system to ensure proper tracking, resolution, and follow-up Ensure that our customer service-level agreements (SLAs) are upheld
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, technical support, field support or help desk environment Ability to build rapport with users Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Positive and professional demeanor Good problem solving, analytical, and team-working skills Must know how to troubleshoot VPN / Remote access issues Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Server experience Mac OS and iOS experience O365 / Office skills Networking experience a plus Familiar with Azure AD and Office 365 Great communications skills Must be flexible with hours/shifts and some weekend support duties as assigned.
Must have reliable transportation as tech sometimes needs to go onsite Must have A
