Perform general maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types Other duties as assigned by manager PM21 Experience in commercial maintenance Responsible, punctual and exercise good judgment.
Have solid experience with activities as defined in the above job description Have a neat, professional appearance.
Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Must be able to lift equipment, items and materials up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to reach overhead equipment, items and materials up to 25 lbs.
Must be able to reach overhead up to 6 feet, and reach to the floor.
