Flexible schedule that includes hosting training sessions in multiple time zones across the US.
Ability to work days, weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate Virtual and In-Person learning incorporating a variety of methods for adult learning styles.
Conduct New Hire Training using several software programs.
Assess and address gaps in trainee's learning and understanding of the material.
Coach and support operations in the new hire development in the training/nesting environment.
Monitor and supervise the trainees in the training environment.
Assist with on-boarding and mentoring new hires.
Administer tests/quizzes to measure retention of training material.
Maintain documentation and records of performance and learnings.
Support Operations with continued skills or on-the-job training as needed Document, communicate and train critical processes and procedural changes needed to bring the department's efficiency forward.
Collaborate with leadership to enhance and or develop training modules and best practices.
Offer customized training sessions and workshops to support divisional needs.
Work closely with leadership to enhance and/or develop processes.
Other duties as required or assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
