Fort Lauderdale, FL Fort Lauderdale, FL Full-time Full-time $35,000 - $40,000 a year $35,000 - $40,000 a year Position Overview The entry-level position is responsible for the sales process from initial contact through qualified application.
This includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline management, and adherence to the sales processes.
Must passionately represent the brand, be able to ethically coach prospects on introduction to the brand, and have a commitment to hitting monthly goals.
The position will perform inbound and outbound sales calls to identify and qualify prospective franchisees for the brand.
Primary Responsibilities Initial contact with prospects.
Brand ambassador for the brand.
Follows the sales process with prospective franchisees thoroughly.
Executes monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports.
Works closely with the VP of Franchise Development & Manager of Franchise Development Marketing on strategic initiatives to achieve goals.
Must convert a minimum quantity of leads to qualified leads.
Provide tools to assist in achieving goals.
Follow specific scripts for making outbound calls to prospective.
Use strong listening and sales skills to resolve and overcome objections from prospective Use GbBIS mapping software and FranConnect to review territories that are open for a new franchise based on the demographics of the area.
Assist with communications to and from the lead sources.
Coordinate with internal and external staff to accomplish sales goals.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

High computer literacy including strong experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is required as well as knowledge of Slack and Google Docs.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
