As you can see, we care about your growth and are a stable company to work with! THE TITLE RESEARCH ASSOCIATE POSITION SunRay Construction Title Research Associate examines public records for any information related to property titles.
This position is responsible for a variety of important tasks including, researching online public records in both recorders and property appraiser's office, confirming and verifying information, assisting the preparation of construction documents.
They ensure that their exceptional record-keeping and analytical abilities lead to accurate research results while offering the best customer service and support to your customers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED Analyzing title documents and legal descriptions of the property.
