This position is responsible for strategic evaluation of gaming product and operations, and for organizing, managing, and monitoring the successful development and implementation of gaming projects for all SHRSS properties.
Responsibilities:
Oversee gaming product procurement and installation for new casino openings and expansions.
Support operational go-live of new openings, expansions, management transitions, and other major projects.
Develop, implement, and manage Table Games projects and installations.
Assist Gaming Operations team with projects in Slots and other gaming areas.
Work with Gaming Operations, Development, and senior leadership to develop appropriate budgets for projects.
Develop communication plans and project status reports to provide visibility of project milestones to all key stakeholders.
Evaluate and assess project results and provide recommendations for future improvement.
Analyze performance and work with properties to develop plans to optimize product placement and mix.
Work with Gaming Commissions and other regulatory entities from all jurisdictions to ensure that properties are in compliance with Internal Controls.
Coordinate with gaming equipment vendors to track contracts, product deliveries, and installations.
Facilitate best practices program to ensure that best ideas and procedures are cross-utilized among properties.
Keep abreast of new technology, equipment, and accessories under development and evaluate potential benefits of implementation.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years relevant Gaming Industry experience.
Minimum of 5 years Director or equivalent level experience.
Experience leading large, enterprise-scale projects preferred.
Proven ability to provide strategic input to business decisions.
Must be able to travel to remote sites as may be required for Project implementation.
Must be fluent in the English language.
Must comply with internal controls.
Must exhibit well-developed verbal and written communications skills.
Must be able to receive Gaming Licensing from all jurisdictions.
