Demonstrates how computers can be used in everyday situations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Instruct students in computer science program that meets the emotional, physical, intellectual and social needs of both the student and the group.
Interact with the students and to encourage their involvement in activities.
Prepare a safe environment that is orderly, clean and appealing.
Plan lessons based on a curriculum outline.
Observe, record and report significant individual and group behavior.
Use appropriate discipline.
Maintain all records and files.
Keep personnel informed of program goals and developments both with students, parents and administration.
Attend personnel meetings.
Advise administration of needed equipment and supplies on the appropriate requisition form.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited college or university.
Possession of, or eligibility for, a Florida teaching certificate for the level and subject area to be taught.
