Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience managing of office properties Coordination with leasing agent, tenant improvements and knowledge of tenant activities Financial administration of operation budgets.
Ability to read and interpret a commercial office lease along and preparing lease abstracts.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with pleasant personality.
To be able to prioritize tasks, move seamlessly between projects, as situation requires.
Read and understand financial reports Must be able to handle crisis.
Local Travel for inspections, tenant visits, and meetings.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Manage maintenance staff personal Perform other related duties as assigned.
Assist with tenant improvements Understanding of Build.
Components:
Air Conditioning Roofing, Painting, Electrical, Plumbing, Utilities, Security & Access controls, Physical Safety / Liability Concerns, General Construction, Parking Lot Repair, Irrigation, Fire Alarms & Fire Sprinkler Systems.
Ability to exercise judgment and discretion.
Fluent bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
Basic computer skills and plus if have Real Estate software experience.
