Growth opportunities Job Description Yacht Habit Brokerage is seeking a personal assistant to work closely with our leadership team.
The candidate will assist in the daily operations of the company.
This position requires driving company's vehicles, a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
The position will also require the ability to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, and management.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1 year of related experience preferred Driver's license Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Dropbox, etc.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for our leadership team Booking travel arrangements for our leadership team Assist with daily office operations including but not limited to:
scheduling, filing, data entry, etc.
Benefits:
After a 90 day trial period this position will undergo an evaluation to offer increased pay options and access to other company benefits Job Type:
