Job Description:
Assist the COO in daily operations of the company Create and maintain an organized filing system Assist with the organization of Payroll, office supplies, referring doctors Assist with daily office needs, including but not limited to:
printing, mailing, copying, filing, etc.
Assist in other administrative duties as assigned by the COO.
Support other departments as needed.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
Must be able to work independently and be able to prioritize tasks.
Must be able to follow instructions.
Must be able to use common Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
