The goal is the efficient operation of work performed on various motor yachts.
Knowledge of the marine industry a must.
Essential Tasks to be Performed:
General administrative tasks, which will include all of the following Input data to Quickbooks and Quicktime Research boat topics as needed Work with Bookkeeper on process, timesheets, and collections Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with yacht owners Required Skills:
Fluent in English verbal and written.
Spanish speaking not necessary, but helpful.
Able to readily change directions to meet changing priorities Experience with the following software essential:
Microsoft Office Suite including mail programs, word and excel, QuickBooks and DocuSign Experience with or able to learn:
QuickTime, Google Sheets and Drive, Clover Good command of the English language to clearly communicate and avoid misunderstandings Manage time effectively Salary:
This is an hourly position Normal work hours will be 8 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Some weekend availability may be required.
Flexible hours if weekend work required.
Salary commensurate with experience $30 to $35/hr Mileage Reimbursement for work related expenditures paid at government rate Job Type:
