The Tech Support III PC/Mac Support tech will be responsible for deploying and maintaining PC and MAC computers and software for both local and remote employees, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and cloud storage applications.
This role will also be responsible for providing Tier 1&2 assistance with Infrastructure systems (as capable).
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, thrives in a team environment but comfortable working independently, serious about improving their skills and growing as an IT professional.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Tech Support Tasks - Answering IT Hotline/Helpdesk tickets Serving as top level support for various technical systems Install New Hardware, Software and Peripherals on PC/Mac endpoint systems Manage user accounts/access/licenses Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Tasks Support retail and manufacturing facilities Daily participation of project-based work/long term strategic implementations Provide primary support for company-assigned Mac hardware and software Scheduled maintenance of existing hardware, software, printers, wiring, and server environments WHAT YOU'LL BRING Mac OS, Windows 10 Operating Systems Knowledge of Windows domain/Active Directory Comprehensive understanding of security and user permissions across multiple cloud and on-premise platforms Knowledge of low voltage cabling Knowledge of IP Networks/subnetting/VLANs VPN Knowledge of network hardware (switches, routers, etc.
) knowledge of DNS, DHCP, etc Knowledge of MS Intune, MDM/MAM Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other Mac Software General proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Box.
