We are looking for a Detailer to assist in maintaining our vehicles in order to increase their resale value and prevent damage.
The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills that can work well with others.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning and detailing vehicles on a daily basis to ensure that vehicles meet our standards for cleanliness, appearance, and safety Providing solutions for maintaining vehicle performance, cleaning, and maintaining vehicle systems to ensure they are ready for customers' needs (e.
g.
, lubrication, maintenance, cleaning) Maintaining a clean work environment and removing trash from vehicles Assisting customers with ordering new vehicle parts and operating equipment by providing timely customer service (e.
g.
, answering questions about equipment, lubrication, maintenance) Maintaining an organized workspace by using tools and supplies properly Other duties as assigned by manager Experience &
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience preferred Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required Ability to work well with others as an effective team member Ability to follow directions from a manager or supervisor Ability to remain calm under pressure while communicating effectively with customers (e.
