We are looking for a talented and experienced Technical Support Specialist for a full-time position at our Fort Lauderdale, FL office.
The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the support needs of customers.
This position requires an individual with a strong background in technical support and troubleshooting with Medical devices.
The successful candidate will be able to provide quality customer service and resolve technical issues efficiently.
This position is responsible for resolving customer inquiries regarding the medical device.
This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team.
Duties Provide prompt and courteous customer service via phone, chat, and email Resolve customer inquiries regarding medical device, software vs hardware issue, chart reading, transfer calls to clinicians and document all action on diagnostic dashboard.
Follow up on resolved inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction Provide quality customer service via phone chat and email Maintain records of customer inquiries into order status including but not limited to phone numbers, e-mails etc.
