Maximize sales by ensuring each venue is in stock on every current sku.
Utilizing forecasts, business knowledge &collaboration between Merchant, Planner, Operations and the field, this position owns Allocation and Replenishment strategies by ensuring the flow of merchandise from Vendor to DC and DC to store is sufficient to deliver budgeted sales goals.

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions Function as the principal point of contact for the field for communication related to their merchandise, inventory and planning needs.
Manage inventory replenishment system to ensure flow of goods from vendor to warehouse and warehouse to cafe.
Place and manage orders and delivery tracking.
Highlight repeat vendor performance issues to Planning Manager and Director Merchant.
Communicate significant issues that will affect our sales performance to Planning Manager and Director Merchant.
Participate in Assortment Plan reviews to address slow-moving products, discuss replacement opportunities, and make recommendations of replacement product based on test as well as ongoing product performances.
Increase sales & turn by collaborating with the Director Merchant and Planning Manager on optimal placement of product.
Manage and coordinate transfer of end-of-year write off product out of the Cafe/Hotel/On Line locations.
Create transfer/destruction plan for end-of-year write off product and work with Logistics team to put in to action.
Review and approve system generated POs for re-orders on core products.
Work with Director Merchant and Planning Manager to set minimum stock levels on all new product as well as warehouse safety stock.
Lead the strategy for allocation of non-variented merchandise to maximize each venues sales opportunity while making sure there is enough merchandise in the warehouse(s) to react to each store's needs.
Review current items to ensure that par levels are accurate.
Strategically coordinate transfer of merchandise from Cafe to Cafe to maximize sales opportunities.
Assist Cafes during inventory and manage inventory corrections at the direction of Finance.
Provide a channel of communication between the Field, Logistics Team and Merchandise Team to optimize sales opportunities and maximize profit.
Work closely with the Field and General Managers to ensure optimum merchandise inventory at the cafe level.
Work closely with the Merchandise Team to communicate cafe and logistical needs.
Facilitate transfer of product between all warehouses.
Assist all Corporate Departments in the transfer of merchandise for special events.
Partner with Finance to assist with Franchise Order Process.
Provide the Field training of the MI9 Inventory System.
Nonessential Functions Coordinate operations between departments.
Present a professional image to employees, guests, clients, owners and investors.
Attend client functions and designated parties to provide support, ensure guest satisfaction and promote future business.
Build business/market share by thinking of new ways to promote company and by participating in local events to increase sales and profits.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with in the business and social community.
Spearhead annual philanthropic initiatives.
Work as a team, helping all employees to complete the required activities that ensure we blow away Guest expectations.
Operate ethically to protect the image of Hard Rock.
Utilize programs designed to help Save the Planet.
Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM 4
years planning experience.
Proven performance in a Store Planning role in a retail organization.
College degree required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong collaboration skills.
Enjoys working on a team.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing.
Comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to move throughout the corporate office and cafes during visits (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
