TITLE:
Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury) SALARY:
Starts at $90k-130k JD:
Looking to hire another Litigation Attorney to our practice.
Duties & Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Independently handle commercial and civil litigation defense and prosecution lawsuits from inception through trial/resolution.
Demonstrate exceptional legal research and writing skills Draft substantive pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other necessary legal documents Conduct depositions, argue and defend motions and attend hearings Communicate with clients with efficiency and be able to quickly pivot to other substantive matters or issues Fully and effectively utilize available technology Timely complete required litigation and administrative tasks Qualifications- Required Knowledge, Skills & Ability The preferred candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in commercial, civil, and corporate litigation, real estate, business, and corporate disputes, and property damage matters Juris Doctorate from accredited law school Licensed in Florida and a member in good standing Exceptional research and writing skills Experience in all phases of litigation Team player, positive attitude, willingness, professionalism, and ability to work independently or with moderate supervision Bilingual, not required but a plus Job Type:

Pay is commensurate with experience with bonus opportunities.
Insurance Benefits after 90 day probationary period.
MUST have significant law firm experience.
Personal Injury experience preferred but not required, knowledge of Personal Injury is required.
