This position is an inside sales role which sells Medicare products and a variety of insurance and non-insurance products (i.
e.
Accident & Health (A&H), ancillaries) in the individual market on behalf of multiple carriers and vendors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Take inbound/outbound calls to potential clients to enroll in Medicare plans and a variety of A&H insurance and non-insurance plans.
Explain the benefits and features of the various Medicare products and A&H insurance and non-insurance plans available.
Qualify, educate, and enroll individuals into Medicare and A&H insurance or non-insurance plans that meet their needs.
Enroll clients based on compliance and training requirements to sell appropriate products.
Help clients with questions regarding Medicare products or accident & healthcare insurance or non-insurance plans.
Navigate through multiple system applications to fulfill consumer requests, research inquiries, create leads for follow up and update consumer information.
Understand and adhere to all company, carrier, and/or CMS related policies and procedures.
Driven by making sales and not afraid to ask for the sale.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Active Florida Insurance Sales License preferred (2-40 or 2-15); Will train if not licensed.
AHIP Certification (Preferred) Previous Medicare Sales experience (Preferred) Effective communication skills and the ability to communicate well with clients at all levels.
Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to stay confident in high stress/high activity work environment.
Ability to explain/articulate complex insurance programs to callers in ways that are clear and concise.
Ability to navigate multiple systems at one time while talking on the phone.
Recommended Skills Communication Confident And Emotionally Stable Content Management Coordinating Insurance Sales Medicare Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
