Sparks Group has partner with a management software solutions company that is looking for a Operations Specialist for their location in Sunrise, FL.

Responsibilities:
Imaging of pages into system for recording processing.
Filing, mail sorting and preparation of shipments for outgoing documents to clients and third party vendors.
Excellent communication skills to assure the highest level of service is provided to all clients when needed.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent customer and listening skills Intermediate computer skills required to retrieve, query, create and update documents and spreadsheets containing basic formulas and formatting This job is In-Person.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
