Adecco Staffing is helping one of our clients to find a Logistics Coordinator to work in the FT Lauderdale, Florida area.
The position is Temp only salary is $35.

Monday to Friday from 8:
30am to 5:
00pm This position is a 2-3 month project.
This is Not a Remote position POSITION Overview:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for maintaining, tracking, and analyzing all inbound shipments, including working with carriers and the 3PL provider.
Must be able to work with SAP Excel software Providing reports to management; inventory, distribution, freight as well as statistical data for contract negotiations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Manages relationship with customers' mills and corporative planning.
Manages customers' mills deliveries and inventory levels.
Provides statistical reports to Logistics Coordinator and suggests improvements in the North America logistics operation.
Invoice and manages customer accounts receivables.
Collaborate with associates to improve efficiency, productivity, and processes.
Daily contact with 3PL provider and customers mills in order to guarantee agreed inventory levels and a smooth operation.
Organize shipment schedules according to the customer's orders/needs.
Responsible for identifying the needs of rearrangements in delivery planning and extra transportation, requesting quotations to 3PL providers, and approving the best rates.
Responsible for customers' invoicing and accounts receivables management.
Provides certification and revenue compliance documents.

MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related area (Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, International Trade Tools/Systems:
MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) SAP Excell system Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in English and Spanish if possible Reliability and a strong work ethic combined with solid communication skills are a must.
Strong data entry skills and database experience.
