This position will be working out of the Dania Beach office Monday - Thursday and remote on Friday.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative with success in driving and delivering on Account Base Marketing initiatives.
This position will create and qualify opportunities for the Sales Team by targeting existing and prospective clients.
This individual will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding key activity metrics.
This role is at the forefront of growth within IntelePeer and will help shape the future of the Sales Development department.
ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully identify key accounts among existing clientsNurture and grow a sales pipeline through phone, email and social media prospecting campaignsPartner successfully with Account Managers to help coordinate outreach and manage the buyer's journeyManaging and overcoming objectionsMeet and exceed weekly and monthly KPI's tied to activity metricsManage a client and prospect pipeline in SalesforceExecute on weekly and monthly sales campaigns and sales cadences through CRMInteract with prospects within the install in order to drive sales qualified leadsSolicit and develop new accounts and prospects through heavy volume callingResearch contact details from leads and lists providedMeet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIsManage a client and prospect pipeline in a CRM setting.
RequirementsEducation Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area.

years in Sales Development Representative role or related inside sales role, working with SaaS or in a related fieldPhone, email, and social media prospecting experienceProven track record of success as an SDR or Sales Representative (inside sales preferred)Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and PowerPointExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skillsFamiliarity with Salesforce or other CRM toolsHas been a quota carrier or delivered on monthly and weekly KPI's performance metricsCompetencies:

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is generally within the range of $55k-$65k salary for annual base salary.
Employees are eligible for additional discretionary bonuses.
The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
