Our current Marketing Operations Manager is moving into a new role within the department, so we need someone to take the reins for this critical function! What You Will Do Reporting to our Director of Marketing, Consumer Division, we'll rely on you to translate strategy into planning and delivery.
Your main areas of responsibility will be to:
Partner with sales leaders to devise multi-channel seminar marketing plans in targeted geographic markets across the United States.
Track the effectiveness of individual marketing campaigns and communicate the results to various stakeholder groups.
Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
Work with sales operations to create yearly budgets and adjust as needed.
Create and manage advertising campaigns, assuring legal compliance across markets.
Collaborate with executive leaders, department-level contacts, and outside vendors to ensure marketing plans are performing at an optimal level.
What We Need From You A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

years of B2C marketing experience with a focus on marketing operations.
Deep experience with Excel to manage, analyze, and visualize data; create reports; plan campaigns; segment audiences; cleanse data; track budgets and expenses; and evaluate A/B tests.
Ability to build clear and visually appealing presentations and then deliver them to stakeholder groups.
