Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person - Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues - File and organize documents, ensuring they are easily accessible - Transcribe and proofread documents as needed - Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing - Utilize DocuSign for electronic document signing - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area -Use DLRDMV to complete vehicle purchase documents.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Professional demeanor with a positive attitude Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist and contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient office environment.
