You will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties for our Dunkin' locations.
You will identify the need for repairs, respond to managers' maintenance requests, and service company equipment.
You will be skilled and hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving abilities to be an effective handyman.
Skillful hands, good physical stamina, and strong technical knowledge are essential to successful candidates' talents.
Responsibilities:
Perform basic tasks, including painting, laying floor or wall tile, grouting, replacing/painting ceiling tiles, cleaning facilities, and managing maintenance repairs.
Perform level 1 basic repairs on company equipment and facilities.
Change belts, etc Detect and report the need for significant maintenance repairs.
Change filters on all necessary equipment as needed.
Regularly check restaurants to identify issues with pest infestation, litter, mechanical failure, or breakdowns.
Respond to store maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Repair plumbing, basic electrical, and safety systems.
Oversee the sprinkler system and trash containers on the company premises.
Provide RMs with support and guidance on maintaining their equipment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
