Castle Group Castle Group Plantation, FL Plantation, FL Full-time Full-time $24 - $30 an hour $24 - $30 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago The Administrative Assistant will assist the Vice President with administrative and other responsibilities related to the Human Resources function at Castle Group.
The Administrative Assistant will provide exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group.
He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service.
Monitors and distributes incoming faxes and service requests through ticketing systems.
Assists with administration of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Responsible for employee file recordkeeping.
Assists the Vice President with Human Resources projects as assigned, including projects related to training, selection, compliance, performance management, benefits, etc.
Responsible for completing the company newsletters on a daily and bi-weekly basis.
Responsible for packing and sending new hire package bags to all new hires on a weekly basis.
Keep track of marketing materials currently in inventory and working with our Marketing team when it comes time to replenish any items.
Coordinates and responsible for the planning and execution of all HR related events for the corporate office.
Performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by direct supervisor and/or HR managers.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses:
High school diploma or equivalency required.
Bachelor's degree in business or human resources preferred.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
Two (2) to three (3) years of business experience preferred.
Previous experience supporting an upper level executive is strongly desired.
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Computer literacy:
Excellent command of computer hardware/software is required.
Language requirements:
English/Spanish fluency required in order to communicate with team members requiring service Travel and availability requirements:
Local travel to company events on a very infrequent basis.
Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirement, infrequently.
Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 5-10 lbs; Work in an sitting position for long periods of time - up to 8-10 hours; Handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages; Reach with hands and arms; Communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word; Ability to quickly and easily navigate the building as required to meet the job functions; Complete all required forms.

Working Conditions:
