Vendor Relations Account ManagerChoice Home Warranty (CHW) is one of the largest Home Warranty providers in the US.

CHW has exciting new opportunities available for account managers to work with our service providers (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, etc.
) nationwide! Manage a portfolio of providers in our 3rd party network and foster strong relationships with our service partners.
This position is located in our Sunrise, FL location.
Reporting to the Director of Vendor Relations, the Account Manager is the liaison between our service partners and Choice Home Warranty.
Account Managers are responsible for achieving and maintaining a high performing nationwide vendor network.
You will assist service providers to initiate and maintain a favorable relationship, focusing on our largest partners.
In this critical position you will be responsible for ensuring our service partners are providing reliable services at reasonable rates to our customers.
The Account Manager will be measured by the health of the vendor network as measured by key performance indicators and vendor satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of new and existing service partners and develop trusted relationships between their business and CHWCoach and hold service partner accountable to maximize favorable performance metrics including cost, quality and reliabilityComplete assigned projects to improve network service, service partner coverage and cost control measures with diligence and execution through to completionSource new service partners in high need areasProvides training and instruction to service partners to ensure that they operate within company guidelines and use available resourcesWork with leadership to implement strategic initiatives to improve cost effective and service-related performance of the service provider networkConduct monthly business review calls with assigned service providers with the goal of holding service providers accountable to performance goalsNegotiate and implement favorable pricing structures across trades with new & existing service provider accountsTrain and assist service providers with the use of portal to enable the service providers to self-serve the claims process consistently with minimal Choice involvement, improving the overall self-service of the service provider network to meet established goalsEnsure service providers are trained on the proper procedures for work order processes, service standards and service provider cost managementResolve escalated work ordersOther duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor's degree required3
years in Account Management or Vendor Management roleAbility to express ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingNegotiation skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges effectivelyExperience with CRM softwareIntermediate
