Job Description:
Professionally clean residential properties using ClarityFresh cleaning products and procedures.
Duties include:
Cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, rooms, dusting living areas, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, polishing and other cleaning related activities in accordance with instructions given by the Team Manager.
Learn specific cleaning techniques.
All training provided by the company.
Drive to customer locations in a reliable vehicle.
Wear appropriate uniform and personal protective equipment in accordance with the job you are performing.
Attend and participate in meetings as requested by the Team Manager.
Understand and adhere to safety procedures as established in the company's Safety Program Handbook.
Secure homes, including locking doors and activating alarms.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Provide the highest quality service with attention to detail at all times.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have Valid Florida Drivers License and a reliable Vehicle Legally authorized to work in the United States Must pass Criminal Background Check Must have a smart phone to download company's scheduling app Be able to communicate in English.
Bilingual is a plus Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs as needed Physically fit to perform the job Comfortable working around pets Possess good time management skills Trustworthy and reliable Great attitude - professional and positive Sharp eye for small details Likes making customers happy!
