Support all trades, foster strong relationships, and assist with onboarding new technicians into our vendor network.
Job Description - Communicate and process all onboarding of new Technicians in our Vendor network.
Assist vendors as needed throughout the process.
Verify credentials such as licenses and insurance.
Manage tasks daily and remain in communication with vendors until onboarding is complete.
Job Requirements - 2
year experience in Chat/ Resolution Customer Service/Administrative work.
Some experience in MS Office Suite, including Excel.
Comfortable with high volume outbound calls.
Organized and patient with strong Customer Service skills.
Recent College Graduates are encouraged to apply.
