The position has a diversified workload based on the needs of the department, and the coordinator will be responsible for organizing/maintaining files, communicating with clients and property damage adjusters, drafting documents and performing general administrative functions.
Familiarity with basic office equipment necessary; punctual and reliable job attendance is required; strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; and ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients and other external contacts.
Previous automobile property damage experience REQUIRED.
Must be bilingual, English/Spanish.
