Data entry Creating form letters E-Filing on portal Organizing and sorting mail Customer service Requesting medical records from medical providers Answer phones and triage calls Processing and mailing out incoming client checks Working cooperatively with other departments Ideal candidate will be a floater and cross train in different departments Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Good organizational and time management skills Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Flexible with switching departments based on the needs of the office Proficient in computers (Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel) Demand/complaint letter experience a major plus but not required Law office experience preferred but not required College degree a plus but not required Benefits Part time job max 32 hrs per week Will accommodate college schedules Available any days between Monday and Friday In office job (no remote) Required background check for all new hires Job Type:
