Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings - Serve as a personal assistant to the executive team, assisting with various tasks as needed - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone - Support the office by performing general clerical duties and data entry - Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and grammar
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting is a plus - Knowledge of customer support principles and practices We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
