We are passionate about providing the best soccer experience for the whole family from our youth soccer programs to camps and adult leagues.
We also have a party room and bar for those special events! We are looking for an excellent Janitor to help maintain our sports facility cleanliness, order and appearance.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a sports or similar setting, and will have an enthusiastic attitude towards cleaning.
The Janitor should be reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
Hours:
Ideal candidate would start at between 2AM and 5:
30AM (candidate may choose start time) Facility is open to public around 8:
30AM and closes around 2AM most days Basic cleaning to prepare facility is approx.
3 hours and then the candidate may proceed to maintenance tasks Ideal candidate will work 7 days
Responsibilities:
Keep the bar clean and tidy.
Clean the bathrooms.
Clean up after parties.
Empty trash cans.
Do general cleaning and small maintenance tasks (i.
e.
dusting, wiping tables/chairs/surfaces, painting, etc.
).
Sweep and mop floors.
Stack boxes in the storage room (ability to lift, move, stand for long periods of time) Basic HVAC maintenance (clean / change filters) - training available if needed Basic Drywall/Painting (repairing holes, wear and tear repair, etc.
) - training available if needed Basic Mechanical Maintenance (tightening bolts on goals, ensuring washroom doors working, etc.
) - training available if needed Basic Tile Maintenance (repair cracked or broken tiles, etc.
