Responsibilities:
General front office duties including answering phone, distributing mail, and ordering office supplies Accounts payable matching and entry Shipping & customs documentation for international shipments Daily logistics coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments Oversight and troubleshooting of domestic and international shipment issues Coordination and scheduling of machine and system shipments Creation and maintenance of each machine master file Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

years of experience in an administrative role.
Normal hours are Monday - Friday 8:
00am - 4:
30pm.
Starting Salary - $50,000
