What You'll Do Administrative Support:
Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for IT executives.
Maintain and organize IT department files, records, and documentation.
Handle phone calls, emails, and routine correspondence on behalf of the IT team.
Expense reporting creation for IT Expenses in Concur for all companies.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and edit technical documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Compile and organize data for regular status reports or presentations.
Communication Liaison:
Act as a point of contact between IT staff and other departments.
Facilitate communication and coordination within the IT team.
Supply Management:
Monitor and maintain office supplies for the IT department.
Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of IT-related materials.
Meeting Coordination:
Schedule and organize IT department meetings, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
Take meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
Technical Assistance:
Provide basic technical support, including troubleshooting common IT issues.
Assist in coordinating IT training sessions for staff members.
Project Assistance:
Support IT projects by helping with documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating activities.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure project timelines are met.
Education/Experience and Other Requirements Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in an IT environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
Expense report experience.
Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
Occasional travel.
