Production Crew member Light Up The Night, LLC.
is a rapidly growing Event Production and Entertainment Services Company located within the heart of Ft.
Lauderdale, FL.
The custom fabrication, production and event services we offer caters to clientele requiring the highest level of creativity, premium quality, and professionalism.
Currently LUTN is in search of an experienced Production Crew Member to assist in coordinating and executing our nation wide activations and live events, such as festivals, tours, brand activations, and more.
Essential Functions Manage and execute on-site production.
Ability to manage and run a skilled internal crew.
Manage hired labor as required and assigned.
Determination of product/gear, construction, specifications On site production oversight including load-in/strike of event.
Coordination of vendor and supplier shipping and receiving.
Ability to work long irregular hours on your feet for an extended period of time as dictated by events and schedule, this will include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Advanced Communication Skills - Quick to Respond, Distribute and Follow up on High Priority Operational Items.
Organization of project documentation to include, Drawings, Schedules, Logistic Documents, Subcontractor Contracts.
Coordinate with internal labor coordinators for timely and accurate submission of all new hire paperwork and timesheets.
Ability to always communicate project status and financial performance.
Work with leadership to manage client expectations while on site.
Promote job site safety and investigate all safety and reliability concerns; this is a safety sensitive position, a job or position where the employee holding this role has the responsibility for his/her own safety and the safety of other persons.
An employee must be alert and with a clear mind and diligent while occupying such positions.

Plans and builds labor calls in conjunction with the relevant Labor Coordinators.
Responsible for tracking and communicating project change orders.
Implement and follow, continuous evolving LUTN process.
Oversee production schedule for event deliverables Schedule and attend all production meetings Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
Creative mindset and problem-solving aptitude.
Ability to adapt, communicate and manage in a fast-paced working environment.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lead and work well with a team.
Experience of managing crews and deadlines Working knowledge of basic disciplines (audio, lighting, video, engineering, labor).
Ability to read and comprehend drawings i.
e.
, ground plans, sections, lighting plots.
Physical Demands Must be able to be on your feet for 50% of the time.
Must be able to bend, climb stairs, and continuously stand or walk 50% of the time.
Must be able to lift to 40 lbs.
Must be able to communicate effectively by listening and in both written and verbal forms.
Hearing and vision within normal ranges is important for conversations to receive information and to prepare or inspect site plans, blueprints, and drawings.
Travel required Extensive Travel up to 70% Must have Valid Driver's License Understand/Speak/Read/Write English added bonus would be Spanish Required Experience Minimum of 2
years of experience in project management in Events.
