Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Process orders and maintain inventory records.
- Provide office management support, including organizing files.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with order entry systems and inventory management.
-Experience in the seafood/food Industry.
- Previous experience in office management or administrative support roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
