Qualifications:
The ideal candidates must have excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook; database and data entry skills.
Excellent customer/client relations in addition to customer service skills are a must.
Excellent organization and planning skills, including calendar and event management.
Excellent verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills.
Takes initiative, is flexible, courteous, and provides great attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive and confident in managing expectations as required.
Has the ability to plan but also react to situations that arise.
A 'can do', positive attitude and a flexible approach to the role, including out of office hours on occasion Responsibilities and Duties:
Handles requests by the Chief of Operating Officer in a courteous, prompt, and efficient manner.
Information gathering and monitoring skills; including the ability to prepare reports, while maintaining confidentiality including but not limited to organizing incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to Chief Operating Officer.
Assist with creating/editing documents including but not limited to letters, memos, amendments, addendums, covenant enforcement letters, general contracts, form letters.
Other assistant duties as assigned from Chief Operating Officer such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks Tracks assignments to Executive Team and prepares updates to the Chief Operating Officer and Office Manager as requested; assists departments regarding assignments.

Minimum Training and
Experience:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or public administration or a related field plus at least three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
