The Estate Manager position in Fort Lauderdale supervises approximately 15 team-members and has oversight of multiple homes, autos, and vendors.
This position requires extensive knowledge in property management, legal and HR rules, onsite security protocols, and employee management.
The right candidate will be an excellent communicator with a diverse management background, confident in making decisions, analytical, and experienced with HNW estates.
Projects and timelines will be implemented through completion; compilation of reports and budgets; oversee cleanliness and safety of all homes and properties; work with HR to include hiring and dismissal, onboarding, trainings, discipline, reviews, and staff relations.
Must maintain superb judgment, emotional intelligence, and a positive attitude in an ever-changing environment.

Starting at 125K
DOE HOURS:
Full-time M-F 830am - 530pm; weekends as needed Job Type:
