Summary:
Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the fiscal operations for Broward Health Medical Center.
Oversees the administration, development, and implementation of regional financial plans, policies, programs and accounting processes and systems that support the overall fiscal success of the organization and compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and reporting requirements.
Adheres to BH's compliance and ethics program, policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct.
Education:
Master's degree required.
Experience:
Essential:
Ten years of finance experience, including 3-5 years of experience at/or above Hospital Controller/CFO level.
Extensive knowledge of business office/patient accounting, compliance, managed care, contracting and expense management required.
