Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Plaintiff-Side First Party Property Trial Attorney to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in representing our clients in first-party property insurance disputes. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in civil litigation trial advocacy. While experience in first-party property insurance trials is highly desired, we are open to considering candidates with a proven track record in civil litigation.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of 20-30 first-party property insurance trials.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide strategic legal advice and guidance.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
4-10 years of experience as a trial attorney, preferably in first-party property insurance or civil litigation.
Strong litigation and trial advocacy skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience in first-party property insurance trials.
Knowledge of Florida insurance laws and regulations.
Proven track record of successful trial outcomes.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
