Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in the store. Present products or services to customers. Develop and execute sales strategies. Provide detailed information about products, including prices and services. Answer customer questions about our products. Help customers compare different products to make purchasing easier. Suggest additional items customers might like. Successfully meet or exceed sales goals. Deliver exceptional support to customers after the sale. Efficiently manage and submit sales reports. Work with team members to deliver top-notch service, especially when it's busy. Let customers know about current promotions and deals. Collect and share customer feedback. Keep up with new products and services. Maintain a student mentality during sales training sessions. Desired Skills:
Experience in retail sales, customer service, or similar roles. Understanding of retail sales processes. Basic math and computer skills. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work well in fast-paced environments. Positive attitude and strong team spirit. Motivated and focused on results, with a fun and healthy competitive attitude. Focused on career advancement and eager for personal growth. Flexible schedule availability. Reliable transportation.
