Reporting to the Singe-Case Agreement (SCA) Manager, the Inside Sales Associate will help families in our autism care program navigate the SCA process. Inside Sales Associate will serve as a utilization-review advocate for families regarding authorizations from health insurance providers. In this role, you will assist in educating potential clients on our philosophy and treatment plans and motivate qualified clients to engage in the SCA process. The primary job focuses on data entry, follow-up calls, and negotiations. The successful candidate will be sales-oriented with a keen sense of empathy.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for families and insurance companies throughout the SCA process
Communicate effectively with families to gather necessary information and provide guidance on the admissions process
Use inside-sales techniques to identify and engage potential clients, promote our ABA services, and explain the benefits of single-case agreements
Collaborate with clinical teams to develop individualized treatment plans and gather supporting documentation to present to insurance companies
Advocate for clients' needs by negotiating with insurance companies to secure SCAs for ABA services
Maintain detailed records of all communications with families, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders
Monitor the progress of SCAs and maintain regular communication with families to provide updates and address concerns
Stay current on industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and effective advocacy for our clients
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance expertise in the ABA and ASD fields
Education/Experience and Other Requirements

years of experience in admissions or inside sales, preferably in the ABA or ASD service industry
Strong understanding of the Single-Case Agreement process and insurance regulations
Proven track record in negotiation and advocacy on behalf of clients
Willingness to submit to drug and background screenings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Expertise Needed
Ability to build rapport with families, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders
Proven sales aptitude
Proper telephone etiquette
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Familiarity with ABA therapy principles and practices is a plus
Ability to work independently and with a team
Professional or personal experience with ASD and/or ABA therapy
