Luxury Lounge Concierge
PRIMARY PURPOSE: The successful applicant for the Simon Concierge, located in our Luxury wing, possess the skills deemed necessary to deliver unparalleled personalized service to all guests and tenants. Exceptional characteristics reflect a courteous, efficient, professional attitude that attribute to exceeded guest expectations on a daily basis.
PRINCIPAL
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Greets guests and employees in a polite, warm, friendly, personalized manner.
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism along with accommodating special requests whenever possible.
Responds to customers inquiries and notifies appropriate individuals and departments of any problems or unusual matters of significance.
Provides support and assistance to co-workers and to other departments as requested by supervisor; participates in team meetings and efforts to implement the center's projects and achieve the center's goals.
Responsible for maintaining a professional physical appearance of Simon Guest Services including marketing materials; signage, displays, and ensuring that all displayed information is current and relevant.
Serves as the Seller function of the Simon Giftcard program, as well as all other Simon income-generating initiatives in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations policies and procedures.

MINIMUM
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years of Concierge service or luxury hospitality, retail, restaurant experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Knowledge of basic computer programs utilized at property.
Ability to spend 100% of his/her time on their feet when providing services to all internal and external customers.
Excellent communication skills oral and written.
The incumbent must be, outgoing, and present a professional, pleasant, and courteous appearance at all times.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
Bilingual applicants preferred.
