POSITION
Summary:
Responsible for supporting the Outreach Department clerically including copying, faxing, miscellaneous filing and other general office duties. This position also conducts quality control of all out-going work.
Responsibilities:
Sorting and distributing mail files received from the mailroom.
Setting up Home Visit Request
Check general voicemail box for Outreach team
Provides general office support: assists with centralized printing, CR team with delivery of cases to QA, update spreadsheets, mail citations, basic computer work and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Other work-related duties may be assigned.
RequirementsJOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a High School diploma or General Education Degree.
A minimum of six (6) months general clerical experience and knowledge of office equipment is necessary. Demonstrated application of data entry and related computer skills.
Strong written, organization, customer service, multi-tasking skills and strong verbal communication skills are required. PC literacy, attention to detail skills and a team mentality also required.
Must be able to operate large machinery such as printers. Must have exceptional work ethic. Uses time productively, maximizes efficiency, and meets challenging work goals.
Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job such as sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
